Ingenuity

One of the things I love about having a toddler is seeing his imagination blossom. It's like I get to watch his world unfold as he makes new connections and tries new things. It's simply amazing to be a part of the process. The other day, after work, I realized that it had been quiet for a little too long, if you know what I mean. Immediately, I sought out the little mischief.

This is what I found:

Makes my day!

  1. I think that is cute! I love how creative kids are when we let them explore. You have a point though, you never know what you are going to find if it is too quiet around a toddler.

  2. Loved catching up a little on your blog. I especially loved your thoughts about being still. It is so incredibly essential. The days that I get up early in the morning and take some time to ponder and pray are always better for me, no matter what is happening externally.

  3. Hi Jenn,
Just thought I'd check in. So fun to see you at our reunion, though I was wishing I'd been able to chat just with you more. Fun pictures of your little Bruce's "mischief". Sad I missed seeing him with you at the family picnic.
Love your great quotes. You are so well-read!
    Love ya,
    Melanie
